I can tell you that it’s ability to improve your blog’s SEO is uncanny and nothing like I have seen elsewhere. If you are an expert at on-page SEO already, fine, don’t get it. But there’s no reason anyone else should think twice about this. It’s a cheap, no-brainer way to get yourself used to writing more optimized posts and pages.
