New York City Street Style

January 26, 2011 · 2 comments

We just returned from a fun filled week in NYC. And you know what we did? Eat. And shop. And take photos. That’s about it. We absolutely cannot get our fill of Italian food on the west coast, so every time we venture back home, we need to turn on carb overload. We ate at Grimaldi’s, Mortorino, The Meatball Shop, Momofuku Noodle Bar, The Milk Truck, Porchetta, Bao Noodle, Rickshaw Dumpling Bar, Joe’s Pizza…seriously…are you underestimating how gluttonous we can be? Besides eating, we salivated over the fashionable individuals walking the streets and shopped to our hearts content at the Brooklyn Flea Market, our favorite spot to shop in the city. If you are venturing there and haven’t been, seriously, you need to make it a priority. We got this amazing reversible poncho that we will post soon. And if you are looking for good eats, hit up The Milk Truck and Porchetta. We promise you won’t forget it.

I know, it was soooo cold in the city. As in, I actually got brain freeze just walking around! Luckily, I’m from the area originally so I am somewhat used to it. Glad you enjoy the street style posts! Thanks for the compliment!
