In light of this month’s theme of taking inventory and prioritizing, I want to talk about one the most important things to prioritize, and that is – our time. I bet most of us are pretty busy on a day in and day out basis. Finding ways to both keep track of our time and our to-do lists and to use our time efficiently is very important both for sanity’s sake and for productivity and peace of mind. Here are some really cool apps and online to-do lists that I found that can help you manage your time and prioritize:
iPrioritize
This all-around, multi-platform time management and to do list tool is one of my personal favorites. Make a list to organize your tasks. Drag tasks up and down as your priorities change. Mark items complete when you finish. Print, email, subscribe via RSS, and view lists on your mobile phone.

Hey Dan,
Great suggestion, I may have to check that one out! Thanks!
I will definitely check out Iprioritize! Just hope it support Bada OS though.
I hope it works for you! Thanks for commenting.
I personally like the tools that are free. I’ll use pencil and paper otherwise.
Hi gladys,
I can completely understand that. I am not quick to throw money at apps either unless i am pretty sure the app is worth it to me.
Thanks for commenting!
I’m with you Gladys! I’m a pencil and paper girl. Despite being immersed in technology, I get immense satisfaction out of crossing something off the list.
I second that!
Hello Libby,
The apps you mentioned might be helpful but I can’t work with my phone to keep me on track so I am still a fan of the old post-it. I have an old monitor on my desktop and it’s full of post-it’s, I also have a system, the lower the post-it the higher the priority, and I had success with this method because the tasks are always in my face when I am at the computer or when I pass by it, which reminds me of the urgent tasks I have.
Hi alex!
I actually totally agree with you – i use post it notes more than anything else for to do lists but its really handy to have a mobile list when you need it. Its also handy to have an online list if you use more than one comper (as i do). That said, i like your system of prioritizing using post it notes, i may try that!
Thanks for your comment!
Hi Tia,
I believe you can,I think you just access the mobile site – mobile.iprioritize.com. Does that work for you??
Thanks for commenting.
Thanks, Libby! Do you know if iPrioritize is compatible with the BlackBerry?
